Forms of payment:
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal.

All purchases made by credit card undergo a payment analysis process of up to 48 hours.  This process is done for the security of the cardholder, thereby preventing purchases from being made without authorization or charged incorrectly.


Will I get a confirmation email after I make a purchase?
Yes. After you successfully make a purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address related to your order. The confirmation email will include an order number, shipping address, and item information for you to check.


I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. It’s possible the email has gone to your junk folder or maybe we have an incorrect email address for you. If this happens, please contact us straight away (customerservice@instapire.com) so we can verify whether the order has been placed and resend your confirmation. 


How can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped.
We aim to pack and ship out your order as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, contact us as quickly as possible via e-mail: customerservice@instapire.com. Within 10 hours right after the purchase in most cases we can accommodate the cancellation. We’ll try our best but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible.
How can I change my order?

We aim to pack and ship out your order as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change your order, contact us as quickly as possible via email: customerservice@instapire.com. We’ll try our best to accommodate the change but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every change will be possible.



Will I get a notice if my package is sent out?
Yes. As soon as we send your package out, a shipping email will be sent to the email address related with your order. 

Tracking of orders:
All information concerning your orders will be available on your account. If you were not logged in or registered when you placed your order, it will not show up in your “My Orders” page.

A tracking link will be sent to your e-mail once the order has been shipped out of our warehouse.

Delivery time:
We begin preparing the shipping of your order after the confirmation of the payment, which may occur within four business days, depending on the form of payment you chose.

All orders are only processed after payment approval, with all care and quality control.

The preparation and organization process that all of our orders undergo before being shipped can take up to 2 (two) business days. After this, the delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address.

Delivery process:
The estimated delivery time starts when the package is shipped. This estimation only includes business days, i.e. it excludes Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.

If you notice that the address registered in the order is wrong, contact us through the email customerservice@instapire.com to request any changes.

We have the possibility to change the order and rectify address data, ONLY while the product is still with us, that is, before having been shipped.

Attention: Changes made to your personal account details after confirming an order will only be valid for future purchases, not for the current one. You need to contact us if you want to make any changes.


When will you ship my items?

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 2 - 3 business days. Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.

In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in Asia. If from Asia, please expect 20 - 40 days to receive your order if you are located in Europe. Please check out our estimated shipping dates by country here.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address.INSTAPIRE.com can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. 

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under all circumstances. INSTAPIRE will not be held responsible for customs taxes.


Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
